How long will it take for me to get the book after ordering?
Please allow 72 hours for your order to be processed and dispatched. This timeframe is an estimate only; certain exceptions and delays are sometimes possible.
All orders are shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, after normal business hours or holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
To get you your order as fast as possible, we ship from multiple locations in the US and offer Standard & Express options:
Standard Shipping is estimated to arrive in 3 - 6 days via DHL Smart post (via USPS)
Express Shipping is estimated to arrive in 2 days via UPS 2 Day Air.
Please note: The calculation of days in transit does not include the day the package is shipped on. The number of days in transit calculation begins after the package is initially picked up for shipping
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, please refer to your Shipping Confirmation e-mail to check which service your order was shipped with.

How much is the delivery charge?
Shipping rates can vary depending on location and country. Once you've entered your delivery details at checkout, you will be able to select your preferred shipping option, and see the cost for each.
My tracking number isn't working, is there something I need to do?
Please note that mail services can take up to 48 hours to log a delivery into their systems. Should your tracking information fail to register on the appropriate tracking service site, please wait 24 hours and try to track the item using the link once more.
Can I change my shipping address?
It depends on what stage of the process your book is at. Please contact our customer support team and they will see if it's possible.
Oops! I have made a mistake on my order, what can I do?
Your book is personalised so it's unlikely we'll be able to correct any bloopers, but please get in touch with our customer support team and they will see if there is anything they can do.
My book hasn't arrived. Can I track it?
My tracking shows that my order is being returned; What can I do?
On request, returned orders may be reshipped to customers as soon as they are recieved at our facility. If orders are returned due to address mistakes or missed deliveries, please be aware a small repostage fee will be applicable.
Please contact our customer support team with your order number and they will release our sniffer dogs to track down your book/bark at the mailman.
