How can I track my order?

We ship all over the world, so the shipping service used will depend on which country you are in. Please refer to your Shipping Confirmation e-mail to check which service your order was shipped with.

For all US orders, we use both USPS & SkyNet Courier Services. Please be aware that orders can be shipped from either domestically, or overseas from our manufacturer in the UK.

For all UK orders, we use Royal Mail.

How much is the delivery charge?

Delivery costs vary per country and speed; You can also choose to have your order sent via tracked delivery for a small additional fee.

Orders for Canada, Australia, the United States, and other International territories may be subject to a small duties fee, as per local customs law.

How long will it take for me to get the book after ordering?

Please allow 2- 4 working days to print, dry and be packed before despatch.

Once despatched, it's in the hands of the mail carriers and we expect the following for Standard Delivery:

1 - 3 working days for delivery in the UK and IE.

4 - 10 working days for delivery in the US.

4 - 10 working days for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the rest of the world.

My tracking number isn't working, is there something I need to do?

Please note that mail services can take up to 48 hours to log a delivery into their systems. Should your tracking information fail to register on the appropriate tracking service site, please wait 24 hours and try to track the item using the link once more.

Can I change my shipping address?

It depends on what stage of the process your book is at. Please contact our customer support team and they will see if it's possible.

Oops! I have made a mistake on my order, what can I do?

Your book is personalised so it's unlikely we'll be able to correct any bloopers, but please get in touch with our customer support team and they will see if there is anything they can do.

My book hasn't arrived. Can I track it?

Please contact our customer support team with your order number and they will release our sniffer dogs to track down your book/bark at the mailman.
